Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Credits

RealEstate Pro operates on a credit-based system for contact reveals. Once purchased, subscriptions are immediately added to your account and are considered fully consumed. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used subscriptions
• No refunds if you change your mind after purchase
• No refunds if you no longer need our services
• No refunds for accounts that are terminated due to policy violations
• No refunds for credits purchased by mistake or accident

We strongly recommend use free credits first to ensure our platform meets your needs.

2. No Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) provide unlimited contact reveals for a fixed period. These are non-refundable because:

• You immediately gain access to unlimited reveals upon payment
• Each day of your subscription period provides value
• We cannot "undo" the reveals you have already performed
• You have the option to cancel auto-renewal at any time

No refunds will be issued for:

• Partial subscription periods (e.g., cancelling mid-week or mid-month)
• Unused subscription days
• Subscriptions purchased but not used
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accounts terminated due to policy violations

3. Cancellation Rights (Subscriptions)

While we do not offer refunds, you CAN cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time:

• When cancellation takes effect: Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends
• No further charges: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refund: You will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your current period

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure you are not charged for the next period.

4. Free Credits (No Refund)

Free credits provided to new users (3 credits) have no monetary value and cannot be:

• Exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
• Transferred to another user
• Refunded under any circumstance
• Converted to subscription days

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer:

• Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
• You will be responsible for all chargeback fees and penalties
• We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery
• If chargeback is resolved in our favor, a ₹500 processing fee will apply to reinstate your account
• Repeated chargebacks will result in permanent account ban

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing any chargeback or dispute. Most issues can be resolved without chargebacks.

6. International Transactions

For international customers (outside India):

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable
• International transaction fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations

7. Account Termination & Refunds

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

• No refund will be provided for unused credits
• No refund will be provided for active subscriptions
• No refund for any reason related to policy violations
• You forfeit all remaining credits and subscription benefits immediately

Violations include but are not limited to: posting fake listings, harassing users, sharing revealed contact information, attempting to bypass our credit system.

8. Technical Issues & Service Quality

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The following are NOT grounds for refund:

• Occasional slow loading times or temporary downtime (under 24 hours)
• Issues with your internet connection or device
• Browser compatibility issues (we support latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Features you expected but are not available
• Property listings not meeting your expectations
• Contact numbers not reaching the owner (owners may change numbers)
• Property already sold/rented before you contacted

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing service use, we will work to resolve it, but refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Refund Limitations

• Maximum refund per user: ₹1,000 (exceptional cases only)
• No refunds for transactions older than 30 days
• No refunds for amounts less than ₹100 (processing cost exceeds refund amount)
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
• Refunds are processed to original payment method only

10. Acknowledgment

By purchasing credits or a subscription on RealEstate Pro, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy
• You agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable
• You understand that exceptional refunds are at our sole discretion
• You will not file chargebacks for valid purchases
• You will contact us first if you have any issues

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. For active subscriptions, policy changes will apply to renewals, not current periods. Material changes will be notified via email.
