RealEstate Pro is a platform connecting property owners directly with potential buyers or tenants. We are NOT a real estate broker, agent, or intermediary. We do NOT charge any brokerage or commission for property transactions.

1. No Brokerage Claims

RealEstate Pro is a zero-brokerage platform. We do not:

  • Charge any commission or brokerage on property sales or rentals
  • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
  • Provide real estate agent services or representation
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of any party

Our only revenue comes from optional subscription plans and credit purchases for contact reveals.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate information:

  • Property listings are posted by independent owners and sellers
  • We do not verify the accuracy of every property listing
  • Prices, availability, and property details may change without notice
  • Users should independently verify all information before making decisions

We strongly recommend: Always visit the property in person, verify documents, and conduct due diligence before any financial transaction.

3. No Liability for Transactions

RealEstate Pro is NOT responsible for:

  • Any disputes between property owners and buyers/tenants
  • Financial losses, damages, or fraudulent transactions
  • Misrepresentation of property details by listing owners
  • Legal issues arising from property transactions
  • Any agreement or contract entered into between users

All property transactions are strictly between the property owner and the buyer/tenant. RealEstate Pro is not a party to any such transaction.

📋 Recommendation for Users

Before making any payment or entering into an agreement:

  • Verify property ownership documents (Title Deed, Sale Deed, etc.)
  • Check for legal approvals and building permits
  • Visit the property in person
  • Get a written agreement for any advance payment
  • Consult a legal professional if needed
  • Never pay large amounts without proper verification

4. User Verification

While we offer verification badges for some sellers, RealEstate Pro does not:

  • Guarantee the identity or authenticity of every user
  • Perform background checks on all property owners
  • Verify the legal ownership of every listed property
  • Guarantee that verified sellers are 100% reliable

Verification badges indicate that the user has provided certain documents, but this should not replace your own due diligence.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment gateways, Google AdSense, etc.). We are not responsible for:

  • The privacy practices of third-party sites
  • The accuracy of information on external websites
  • Any issues arising from using third-party services
  • Advertisements displayed through Google AdSense

6. Credit System & Subscription

Our credit and subscription system has the following terms:

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice
  • Contact reveals are final and cannot be reversed
  • Fraudulent use of credits may result in account termination

7. Technical Issues & Availability

RealEstate Pro:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform
  • May experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues
  • Is not liable for losses due to technical failures
  • Reserves the right to modify or discontinue features

8. Legal Compliance

Users of RealEstate Pro agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
  • Not post fraudulent or illegal property listings
  • Not use the platform for money laundering or scams
  • Not harass or misuse other users' contact information
  • Indemnify RealEstate Pro against any legal claims arising from their actions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstate Pro and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from property transactions between users
  • Emotional distress or mental agony caused by disputes

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the last 6 months.

10. "As Is" and "As Available"

RealEstate Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or reliability of property listings
  • The quality or safety of any property
  • The authenticity of any user
  • The outcome of any property transaction

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
